So I feel like it's been forever since I blogged but maybe because a lot has happened! One of my best friends in the world is having a baby in just a couple of weeks and this past weekend Savannah's sister-in-law threw a baby shower for her and Nate. It was co-ed so Shawn got to come with! She is so adorable and I can't wait to meet their little baby Noah. They got tons of gifts...so I think the little guy is set for a while. This past week one of Shawn's mission friends from New Jersey was down in Elk Grove on business and we got together with him a couple of times while he was here (pictures to come!). A lot of other exciting things are coming up that we are really looking forward to including: The Rock Band live concert, a USC game and a trip to Utah. Some are further away then others but it will be nice to break things up a bit! School and work are still keeping me really busy and Shawn is working like crazy and getting ready to start an intensive anatomy class for paramedic school. Oh and one other exciting thing....we might be getting a dog. Yeah I know...add to the craziness right?

You and Shawn are so cute!! I like that pic of you guys! Kev is at all the home games and will probably do a couple of away games(he hopes) this season. I'll let you know if he's at the Berkley game. I haven't heard anything so far! Take Care, CARLY
