o Shawn and I had a great weekend! On Friday night we went to Comedy Under the Stars which is a comedy show that we have here in Elk Grove. It is so much fun! They have it out at the ampitheater at the building that I work at. We went and got Chipotle (yum!) and ate dinner with 8 of our friends! Saturday was Saydi's baby shower. Saydi is Shawn's sister. She is expecting a little boy in July. Ashley Lewis (Shawn's cousin) and I were in charge of the decorations. We decided to do a Sesame Street theme. The colors were tons of fun! We got her a high chair and Ashley did an amazing job of wrapping it! Then Sunday was father's day and we went over to my parent's and had some food and then went to Shawn's parents and had some more food. Having 2 families in town has it's benefits (my waistline thanks you all!) We also celebrated Cassi's birthday on Sunday at Shawn's parents house. Cassi is our niece. She got some really fun stuff. Happy 8th Birthday Cassi! So all in all it was a really fun weekend! I have pictures of the bike but will post those later! These pictures are courtesy of Ashley's blog! Oh yeah and mixed in the weekend we had some serious jam sessions with Kirk and Ashley on Rock Band!!

How fun! It sounds like you guys were busy, but in my opinion its fun to be busy! I remember when we lived by both our parents, we ate a lot of food also, which is why I am now agonizingly trying to lose weight, well that and having my son didnt help my waistline either!
Cute decorations... It is so fun to have a new baby coming into the family. It looks like Saydie is very happy! :)
Heck yes this weekend rocked! We pretty much are the coolest people I know... j/k! But seriously, this was a fun weekend. Anytime you need help with a shower again let me know! Love ya guys!
